The Great Sacred Code of the Elves:
1. Hide behind the Veil.
2. Honor thy family.
3. Never fall in love with a human.
4. Pull pranks, and laugh often and long.
5. Sing, for the voice is our bond to the cosmos.
6. Dance, create, appreciate art.
7. Love all creatures great and small.
8. Realize every moment as magic.
There's also an unwritten code about messing with King Arthur and his descendents. ;)

Calyr Church website listed below has a cool set of elvin beliefs including:
"...that all religions are based on a mixture of fact, legends, stories and myth designed to point the way toward goodness and uplift the spirit in its quest for enlightenment. No one religion, including our own, has all the knowledge of God."

That their cookies are delicious!!!!!
To be honest, is that really a doctrin of faith, or is it like that guy who asked about Pie-ganism (just a funny little haha).Do you mean Elvish beliefs as in LotR, Rivendale, Lothlorian-type? I haven't read the books (yet), but it almost seems to be a very Zen-like/pagan-esque belief structure.

Probably something that makes people feel as if they are a character in a fantasy novel. May have to do with role playing games and fan fiction? Sometimes dress-up? Spelling words in creative ways? Nicknames like "Gilaroth" and "Jurduragh" and "Araven" and "Selenfilell"?

To me it's song, poetry, music, all that the muses have to bring. Magical and eternal. Nice, thank you for this question.
