I need to complete an excel document but do not have excel on my computer. I can view the document needed to be completed, do you know how or where I can download something in order to complete this document???

microsoft has office beta 2 availiabe for free download. (www.microsoft.com). search for office beta 2 in the search box.

Try Star office suite. You can download a free copy and it is compitable with MS Office.
