It depends on what kind of lifestyle you want by moving to LA. I'm from Canada and always wanted to live where it was warm, have access to beaches, and where the dollar I earned was worth a little more. LA gave me all of that. It was also smoggy in LA, couldn't get around without a car, and people didn't seem as friendly. However, LA did have the nicer weather in December where all my friends and family were freezing their asses off in Canada, my salary was a lot higher and I was able to afford things by working in LA that i couldn't afford by working in Canada. So depending on what kind of lifestyle you are looking for would depend on if it's a good idea for you to move to LA.

If you want to move there. Go live where I did. I lived in Lake Arrowhead. I was born and raised in Michigan and Lake Arrowhead was the closest thing to it. It snows big time in the winter but melts in a reletively short time. It's close to everything in L.A. but 6000 ft. in elevation so it's above the smog (and the clouds for that matter). You can rent a house for little money too. I'll bet my old house is even up for rent: 628 Clubhouse Drive in Twin Peaks. Walk to a gym, a resturant, a computer store and a convenience store. Look it up on-line. They even have a cam that you can see the lake at all times.

No way. Stay where you are. I want to move to Canada. Heh. LA sucks. Well, unless you want to die of lung cancer in a few years, then yeah, sure.

If you're Wayne Gretzsky and being traded from the Edmonton Oilers to the Los Angeles Kings, you should. Otherwise you probably shouldn't.

are you crazy? we truly have it made in our country. don't give all those things up. our health care should be one main reason you should stay, and just because Canada is the best place to live.
