Well I don't think there's one kind of exercise that burns the most calories, but i've been doing the biggest loser workout video and everytime I finish a workout I'm sweating like a pig lol

Cardio, plus weight lifting. Choose any cardio (aerobic) activity and do that 3-4 times a week for at least 30 minutes each session. Add moderate weight lifting for 15 minutes at least 3 times a week, alternating days. The more muscle you build, the more calories your body will burn, even at rest.

weight lifting by far...over an other exercise....your muscles continue to burn fat while at rest....while doing cardio exercises, your body burns calories only while you are doing the exercises.
