I am a tall white male that has always been attracted to shorter women. Nothing personal against tall women, just prefer them 5'5" or shorter. Is this normal? As I seem to have a hard time finding women at the heighth who like men as tall as I am. Can any shorter women give me a clue as to why I am having a problem finding you?

I've noticed this trend more and more lately. I think tall guys who go after short women are just trying to deny us shorter guys dates. I don't have a problem dating a woman who is taller than me, but most of them do. They feel self-conscious. They a man that is taller than them. So, I'm mostly stuck dating women shorter than me. But it seems like they are all dating guys who could be chasing after the women that I can't get. Sorry, I have no sympathy for you.

yeah sure i guess thats normal. there was a study done a year ago that said that women 5'5 and under generally are better leaders, and are more likely than tall women to be president of a group. cool huh? i am 5'0, but im techinically not a woman. i guess that i would go out with a tall guy, but it depends on his face more than his height. i also hate being short. i can never find people in big crowds. o well.

They probably worry about your back & all that stooping!

Only joking 2 meet the right woman U have 2 go 2 the right places.
Believe it not U rarely find your future husband in the Pub, club or a nightclub.
Try the local library, shops, night-classes or even out walking.

My son is 6'3" and every girl he has ever dated has been at least a whole foot shorter than him, so I definitely don't think it's abnormal, it's just a personal preference. Nothing wrong with that. I don't think it's any different than someone who prefers a certain hair color. Keep looking...there is a short girl out there for you somewhere!
