When you said you ran a full scan was that with a anti-virus program or a spyware program? If it was was a anti-virus program, make sure you have updated to the latest files and disconnect from the net and do another deep scan. If you tried with a spyware program, run at least 2 programs to get spyware out (I run spybot search and destroy and Adware SE personal) a lot of times one will miss spyware and the other will kill it. DONT CLICK ON IT!!!! if it has blue around it 2,,its prob a virus,i clicked on it b4 and had to delete everything on my comp and then reinstall everything like windows,,,,just restart ur comp every time u see and and DONT CLICK ON IT!!!!

you need to install
some good Anti spyware. like Microsoft Antispyware
it's good at finding most of spywares and browser attacks
you may also install latest virus updates.
