Lunch or dinner is great catch up with him and see what he's up too. Wait until he's settled. Don't do a friends with benefit and hold out on anything sexual until you know he likes you back. Nothing worse than feeling used or seeing him with someone else especially after you've sealed the deal.
Kisses are nice on the cheek. If the mood is right and he looks at you a certain way then go in for the kill.
