To be honest, I'd advise that you not get involved with her, for the reason you stated -- you have to work with her every day, so if things go badly, work will be hard for you both.

However, there's nothing wrong with having friends at work, so if you want to get to know her in a friendly way, just go ahead and talk to her, maybe invite her to something you plan to do or see. If you decide to try to date her, try the same approach, but as I mentioned, dating is probably not a good idea.

Whatever you decide, good luck!

Just be yourself. Work on making her trust you and making yourself look good. Whatever you do, don't make any other guys look bad or anyone else. She won't appreciate that. Then when you gain your confidence ask her out and not to work. Ask her out in the cutest, most unique way. Girls like that but for that you have to learn to get to know her first and let her get to know you as the good guy she likes to be around. Good luck :)!

On going through the question it appears to me that you are not actually in love with her. However you would like to have friendship with her and you would like her to be with you when you are outing. In the circumtances I would suggest you to start taking care of her while working with in office and gradually proceeds to talk to her if she desire so... GOOD LUCK

talk to her for starters. go up to her and casually strike a conversation. dont flirt quickly, some of us dont like that. just become her friend and see where it goes from late night conversations to dinners and movies.
