I would complain to the hairstylist that did your hair, but I would NOT let them touch my hair again because they could do further damage. I would show them what is going on, and ask for a refund or ask them if they could give you the formula what they put on your hair..... talk to the manager or owner about getting the refund.
THEN, go to a more reputable stylist and have them give you a deep conditioning treatment and put a "glaze" over your new highlights. The glaze is clear and will help repair some of the damage and will keep you from losing more hair as well as lock in shine and moisture.
I'm betting the stylist that did your highlights used too high of a volume in developer and left it on for too long.
I'm sorry to hear about this.

First, I would complain to the hairdressers. Ask for your money back and some form of compensation (i.e: 5 free haircuts) If they refuse this or do not discontinue the product they used, somplin to your council, the Health people, even the genral public and anyone who will listen. Once a shop wouldnt give my friend the correct change, so he stopped people going there by standing at the door and warning them. But they should give your money back and the compensatoin

Well you are apparently very mad at the person who did your hair.I would just complain to the womans/man's boss.Have them fired or somthing. If you are not totally mad tell the hairdresser what has happened and kinda demand a free hair cut from another hairstylist.Or rub it in their face saying I wll never use your service ever again I would say that to the hairdresser in front of the boss but that is just me.One of the nicest ways is to tell the hairdresser about the situation and ask him to do somthing to make it better or go to a different one and tell him the whole stort about your hair.Wonderful question.I hope my advice helps.Thanks.Goodbye.

If it's snapping then go back to the hairdressers. If its falling out, go to the doctors. I'd go to the hairdressers first to play hell a little bit.

you should go back to the stylist and show her. If your hair is breaking off then you were over processed. Unfortunately the damage is permanent and only cutting will get your hair healthy again. Also ask her what vol developer she used and keep that in mind if you ever try this again. You can tell the next stylist not to use that high of vol

You need to report her to the Cosmetology Commission in your state fast, if it's in Texas contact the Texas Department Of Licensing And Regulations... You also need to let the establishment that she works at know. Our hair is the one adorning factor that allows us to ..even if were not dressed so great,or in a good mood,... it allows us to feel good about ourselves. Honestly at this point , sorry to tell you this, if your hair was bleached there is no way to revive it, it's dead and probably have to be cut off... You may give the illusion of healthy hair by using shining serums, but that just dressing on a burn. Good luck to you.

go back to the hairdressers.
If your hair wasn't falling out before & it is now then the chemicals they used could well be responsible. See a professional salon for a second opinion.
Did they do a strand test before colouring your hair?
