Try the nexxus line, you'll need a reconstructor which is applied after you wash ans shampoo, it works wonders on my hair. it's called Keraphix after that towel dry and apply Luxxtress leave in comditioner and The Arts Curl Relaxx Smoothing Gelee which is an Anti Frizz Formula, which you'll have if the hair is damaged. i use them every saturday.

i have very long thick hair i use eggs in my hair once a week for the eggs(8) is the protien i go to the shop to get my hair thinned out once a month and she told me egg is real good for hair and the shine i get from it it also removes all the shampoo build up and try not to put a hair dryer to it that damages the hair and so does brushing and combing it i have always used a pic in my hair it takes longer to do but it is worth it having healthy hair is important

There is a new type of shampoo called sunsilk and it can be found at Walmart and it has a lot of different shampoos for different types of damage.
