Running, swimming, thigh master and the thigh machine at the local gym. If none of that interests you,do this-sit in a chair, place your hands on outer thigh sides then open your legs while closing you hands for a count of 10 to 15,repetitions 10-15(outer thigh). For the inner thigh-place your hands just inside your knees(palms flat),close your legs while pushing out with your hands, same reps and count as above. i like these because they are portable. i do them at home,on the bus, trolley, and in the car.Peace.

You can lie down you your side and slowly lift your leg off the ground. Having this controled muscle will tone your inner thigh and burn that fat.

You can't burn fat from a specific part of your body. You can however tone the muscle group so that when the fat does burn off in the thigh area your muscles will already be toned, thus giving you a sleeker look.

The only way to burn fat is through exercise and building your metabolism. Cardio exercises such as walking, jogging, eliptical trainers, etc, would do the trick. It's important to remember to also eat right. Because if you're eating a lot of high fat/high sugar foods, the exercises won't be as effective.

When boredom, depression, or stress causes cravings, find a nonfood way in order to meet them such as getting a walk, calling a friend, getting a bath, reading a book, or maybe doing some yoga.
