Better yet they could have an official testing site with an annual competition. They could pick an isolated place, far from civilization so they wouldn't be seen, gather from all over the globe, and see which team comes up with the best device.

Actually I had a class on terrorism and in this class we learned 7 steps. One of the steps "#6" I think was actually a dry run. Thats where they go out in a so called secluded area and work out the "kinks". There is years and years of planning involved. This way when the time comes they're prepared. On 9-11-01 the only flight that didn't reach it's destination is Flight 93 because they didn't think the passengers would fight back, they weren't prepared for that.

The whole idea is to take as many innocents as possible and to do as much damamge as possible as that way you will be rewarded with many virgins - so say the mullahs that are a bunch of dried up old men that hate the west and wouldn't have the guts to kill themselves. You want to taget someone - target those that spread hatred.

cuz its all or nothing, if you do a trial run you will get killed anyways so why not strap explosives on and kill yourself when you are close to the target.
The americans are trained to deal with suicide bombers and VBIEDs (Vehicle Born Improvised Explosive Device)
They give them a certain range for them to approciate before stopping them, followed by warning shots then straight shooting them up.

Suicide bombers are living human kind like you and me who make blunders with slip-ups and human errors on planet earth.
With self lack of knowledge and rudeness with self prides and self discrimination.
They were being abuse by the dirty old men with rudeness and self prides with self discrimination on planet earth.

the whole proposition is kinda a one shot deal.
The real question is that if beinga suicide bomber is so great in the eyes of Islam.., then why do those who send them not go themselves or send their own children.
