Why would you want to eat only one food when you can enjoy such a wide variety? Do you only watch the same episode of the same tv show every day? do you wear the same outfit every day?
You need to eat whole grains and beans not only for the vitamins, minerals and protein, but for the fiber to keep your digestive tract healthy. Try quinoa- it has all the amino acids necessary to make a complete protein.
You need fresh fruits and vegetables of different colors every day for the natural enzymes.
Variety is the key. Shop for foods that are grown locally and are in season- they taste better because they are fresher and allowed to ripen more fully. And you'll be supporting local farmers/growers.
Avoid over-processed food, hydrogenated fats that preserve shelf-life, refined sugar and too much salt.
Find a health food co-operative grocery store in your town- I can guarantee the staff people will be happy to provide more answers!

There is no single food item that contains all the vitamins and minerals that our bodies need. Even if there was such a food, having one serving that provided all those nutrients would not provide all the calories we need to maintain ourselves. Eating more of that food to provide all our calories would then result in having too much of certain vitamins that are fat soluble and would poison us.

I don't believe there is "one" in particular, but not all veggies are created equal either. Some are called "super foods" , and provide great vitamins and the like. You still need to eat a variety of fruits and veggies, drink water to absorb their nurtrients, and a multi-vitamin doesn't hurt either. Some super foods that i know of are Broccoli (had calcium), Rasberries (forget why), Blueberries (antioxidents), Spinich (tons of great stuff in it). before each little thing, being a veggie won't be able to make you fat. you're genuinely extra in all chance to drop some pounds. i began by heading off red meats, no longer reducing purely heading off, like no longer ordering it in a cafe, yet nevertheless eating some if this is part of a kin dinner. next I purely reduce red meats. Then I prevented pork, and then reduce it. Then I prevented hen, and reduce it. I nevertheless each from time to time eat seafood, so i'm technically a pescetarian. To be an finished veggie you in straight forward words eat flowers, eggs and dairy. then you have the vegans, they eat in straight forward words flowers. Then there's a separate step which any vegetarian can take, this is to no longer purchase or use any, and that i propose any, animal products, this incorporates leather, certain styles of gelatin, and different stuff that i do not care to analyze at this aspect. in case you dive headfirst into any this kind of existence kinds, you'll fail and commence eating meat back. Its like leaping right into a lake in November. in case you walk in slowly, you're prepared to stay a lengthy time period in the experience that your demanding, yet in case you leap off the dock, you'd be out contained in the subsequent couple of minutes. lets say you walk in, at the instantaneous are submerged, and stay for a week. The uncomfortable part outcomes are that you're going to experience a lot less drained, be extra alert and centred, and not in any respect favor to sleep in as a lot as you used to, so that you'll make extra of your day. it really is definitely, in the experience that your nevertheless getting protein. some veggie pleasant proteins elements are egg, soy, and different beans. you could also purchase powdered beverages like instantaneous breakfast and muscle milk. Meat would not grant you with a lot more desirable than protein, so as it is your significant situation even as going veggie. good success! playstation , in case you purchase the muscle milk, purchase the vanilla powder, and integrate one finished scoop with some milk and some fruit in a blender. Its gross in case you in straight forward words attempt to blend the milk and powder.
