Any female that says they don't like is a child so don't pay any attention. Real adult women would prefer that a man ages gracefully. This includes allowing your grays to show. Best wishes

I always did. Maybe it is because I was always mentally ahead of other girls and looked for "elder" guys. The look gives me a feeling of protection, maybe just a father-figure (although I have a great dad and wouldn't replace him with anyone in the world).
The other thing is that if I guy made it to have salt and pepper hair, he probably will stay like that and not "age" more and maybe, not even lose the hair he has.
My husband looked like that when I met him 6 years ago and he was 36 at that time. He still looks the same and I am loving it!

It just depends on the guy.... George Clooney is a Hottie and Jay Leno just wouldn't look the same without his salt-n-pepa look but Tayor Hicks would probley look better if he still had his dark brown hair.

I like it beacuse it's classy and natural. George Clooney and Taylor Hicks are two great examples of this look.
But I wouldn't want some guy to color his hair like that. That would look tacky

Oh, yes, I think it is very handsome. I have known many men over the years who I think became even more attractive when they developed this look. It's distinquishing, but the guy must have class as well. He must pay attention to cleanliness and good grooming. One thing I can't stand is when a guy can have a great cut, his beard trimmed, yet he failed to shave his neck in the back! I suppose it's because they don't see it in the mirror, but I am here to tell you, it's one of the first things that clues me in. Also, trim the nosehair! Any other questions? Feel free to ask my opinion.:)

I love it , I love Taylor too . Men should let nature take it's course . Did you ever notice the men that do color their hair ? They look older in the face . and , they NEVER color their eyebrows . They should just let the hair coloring to the women , after all they get to look distinguished when they have grey hair and we look OLD

Those gray hairs are character. I do like some gray in men, but not a requirement. What is a requirement is that they not give me grief about my gray hairs.

Its fine if it's natural, but if i see someone in their 30s doing that i would laugh my butt off. People are paying exorbitant amounts of money to look younger these days... why would anyone want to look older?

That kind of hair style makes someone look too old. I don't like it.
