yes i think u can die during sex or anytime at all, death doesn't care whether u are having a great orgasm or sleeping, when he comes he takes u away. anyway there was this time i was having sex and about to come, i exploded and passed out, only to wake up 5 mins later, it looked like 5 days later, if that could happen then of course u can die from a great orgasm

I heard of an old man once that had a heart attack during sex. It was because he didnt have it in a long time, or ANY excitement in that matter, and the huge amount of excitement was too much for his heart. But hey, better to die having sex than being stepped on by an elephant!

A heart attack would be first on the list, then second would be your wife or husband walking in on you. But no killer organism has ever been identified. Unless you're talking about AIDS and that doesn't kill you DURING sex, it takes a while longer.

it is possible, it allegedly happened to Atilla the Hun. Most common is heart attack i beleive, but asphexia and suffocation due to strangulation fetish is also common. Latex allergies or perhaps an aneurism is the only other causes of death I can think of, but that's plenty don't you think?

I am a paramedic and its possible. I went to a call where it turned out as a husband and wife were having sex, the man collapsed on top of her suddenly and it turned out he had a brain aneurism and died.
