yes heat affects MS and in some so does cold. But if you cool down when you get hot the symptoms will subside. They do make what is called a "cooling vest" you can wear to keep you cool on hot days.

I think you are asking if heat can exacerbate the symptoms of MS. It can in some people as cold can in some people. Any stress on the body can make symptoms worse, both physical stress (like being hot or tired) or emotional stress and worry.

my nephew has ms and gets wipped out after about 10 min in the sun so he definately states the sun makes ms worse
