Please do NOT drink the milk of another animal. Cow's milk is one of the worst so-called foods we humans eat. 87% of the protein in cow's milk is casein and Dr. T. Colin Campbell has proven beyond any doubt that casein turns cancer on. The dairy industry is very powerful and they do not want us to know that cow's milk creates a negative calcium balance. Milk does NOT do a body good!!!
By all means, get plenty of sleep and eat your vegetables to build strong bones.

You know, I always told my son that. Well I am 5' 4", his father is 5'8". No one in either of our families is about 5'9"
He is 6'2". Your guess is as good as mine, but I would say that it can't hurt.
