Please do NOT drink the milk of another animal. Cow's milk is one of the worst so-called foods we humans eat. 87% of the protein in cow's milk is casein and Dr. T. Colin Campbell has proven beyond any doubt that casein turns cancer on. The dairy industry is very powerful and they do not want us to know that cow's milk creates a negative calcium balance. Milk does NOT do a body good!!!

By all means, get plenty of sleep and eat your vegetables to build strong bones.

no thats not true at all.it all depends on your family genes. unless you start when your a baby and let them hang you up side down .the gravity mint make you taller. kind of crazy ha.just be glad for who you are not what the world thinks.taller

Milk has calcium which is good for your bones, therefore if you drink it your bones will grow up more & be stronger.

You know, I always told my son that. Well I am 5' 4", his father is 5'8". No one in either of our families is about 5'9"

He is 6'2". Your guess is as good as mine, but I would say that it can't hurt.

no, but milk is good for you. If you are still growing then regular exercise is good.
