I have to finish my assoc. (pursuing bachelors in business mgt) because I'm moving out of state w/my fiance. Do you think having just an associates will mean more job potential? GOOD job potential at that?

Yes, with many years of experience in a career field that clearly opens more doors, regardless of experience, with higher education and degrees, there is no doubt in my mind that it helps broaden your opportunities, both for employment and for advancement.

Associates degree is good, but finish your bachelors as well. That will give you the best chances of landing a great job. Also, start working- even if only part-time - in the field you're interested in as soon as possible. It all adds up on the resume.
