where you can personalize wine or champagne bottles, ie. you can design the label or choose one ready-made and write a special message on it. I think it's a great idea because they'll be able to drink some nice wine (you pick what kind) and keep the bottle as a unique reminder of their 25th.
And no, i'm not advertising for the site :)
You can also get them a plate (china or pewter) with an anniversary message on it, or a fancy, hand-made photo album which you can fill with the best family and wedding pictures.
Trivia:traditionally, the gift for a 25th anniversary should be made of silver.

Buy a store ( Garden Ridge Pottery) bought quilt and
ask family members

take a family photo and put it in a slilver frame, get them a weekend get-away at a bed and breakfast.

if you have a lot of money try to buy them a car or house and lot or if you dont have enough money buy them a toy car or a doll house!! whahaha!!!
