There are many funds available for weatherization and improving the energy efficiency of your home. The best place to start your search is with your local utility company. Most of them have programs of this type. Many of them will send a person to your home to do an inspection and recommend improvements. Many will also provide incentives, and sometimes funds, to help you make the improvements.

You can call your local mayors office, they should be able to direct you to the company. Most towns have organizations
like you are looking for.
