There is a medical name for eating ice all the time. It's called "PICA" pronounced PIE-KA. You are lacking nutrients in your body.

Ice is really bad for your teeth. It wears them down over time.

huh? how can eating ice be bad for you? if thats so than i guess drinking water is bad for you!

I think it's that if you chew ice, it can damage your teeth - at least that's what my orthodontist told me.
