First, ice is frozen water, so it can't possibly be bad for you. I have however, heard people who chew on ice are sexually frustrated.

chewing ice is bad for your teeth. it can cause them to cool down to a point that the chewing of the ice can break your teeth.

i know people say its bad for the teetch bit its just water frozen so i dont know how it could be bad for you except the teeth.
