I like Feria - it really brings out the highlights and doesn't seem to fade badly (and smells good - there's a scent ampule that you add right into the mix). But if you're going for a red color, it's hard to find anything that doesn't fade fast.

Is there a Sally Beauty Supply close to you? Their brand of color is called ION. The developer has a very fruity-floral smell even while processing. It's a professional color, but Sally's sells it to the public. It comes out beautiful and doesn't fade. I've been using it on a friend who has a lot of gray and it covers very well and is extremely shiny. No fading, either.

Hydrience! It doesn't fade easily an u apply it like shampoo.
Preference is also good becuase it comes with a conditioning system 6 weeks after u color.

Loreal Feria works great and gives natural hi and low lights

Go to sally and use professional, you'll have to get developer too. Just ask the employee for help and the cool thing is you can mix colors to get any color you want. Once I did that and everyone fell in love with my hair and wanted my color, they asked what it was and I said that I pretty much made it myself.

When I used to dye my hair, I used Feria. It worked fairly well.

garnier its not the best smelling but it doesnt 100% stink either its beautiful

well if by any change you were looking for... unusual colors(red, pink, green, blue, purple).. or black, i've heard that manic panic works well. but i've never used it....
you can get it at hot topic and other stores... link below...
