Take a hot bath or shower before hand and use lots of lubericant. Use positions that don't penetrate deeply. Sometimes in the shower is great. Also get her really relaxed with lots of foreplay to begin with. That should help out alot. You have to learn to be gentle and patient which can be difficult right before an orgasim.
