i recently travelled to a muslim coutry on a muslim flight. when i purchased the air ticket this is what i read on a notice that came with it.
we observe strict islamic regulations on all our flights
no alcohol will be served
no pork products, and all the meals will be prepared to halal regulations
no unislamic or nude literature will be permitted in our flights
during the flight i asked a friendly air steward whether i can have a shot of whisky, and he smiled winked and took me to the rear of the air liner and gave me not only a big glass of scotch but a nice warm bacon and egg sandwich as well.
now i wonder whats all this fuss in islam when i see so many hypocrites in this religion?

All religions will have some hypocrites in them. But we can not judge the majority for the actions of the few.

Well actually, the thing with that is....Muslims are NOT supposed to drink or eat pork. Many do it even tho it is considered a sin. Many muslims try to be as hospitable as they can. By the way, there are hypocrits in EVERY religion. For ex: According to christians, Jesus preached tolerance but many of them don't even kno what that word means!

I assume you travelled on the Emirates airline...their not Hypocrites, some muslims like every other religious follower, dont adher to the strictest dogma of their religions.
Im personally curious that you would risk offending someone when it quite clearly states they will not serve alcohol...bit ignorant to ask for it, isnt it?

Who said the person that gave you the wiskey was muslim, just because its a 'muslim airline' doesn't mean everyone that works there are muslim.
