I strongly believe that there are better remedies that swallowing pills . Try changing your routine just a little bit - walk to the next bus stop , take the stairs one floor up before getting in the lift , then try having a non caffeine drink. Make a To Do list and tick everything that you think you have to , then do only what really needs to be done. Talk to a friend about the stresses. Eat regularly and try to avoid food with additives. Thats all. Good luck

Unless you havn't been eating a well balanced diet then there is no need for supplements...your doctor should check your iron levels as that can lead to felings of tiredness and stress. Sometimes a complete change of scene can re-charge the batteries and leave you feeling great...try it!

I am an alternative medicinal therapist and an ex nurse. I gave up on orthodox medicine years ago. If you take man made pills they will kill you in the end. Try St Johns Wort, it's good for your kind of problem and no side effects.If you visit my site at yahoo 360 you may learn something
