You know in 2 wheeler, the load is transferred to the tyre through spokes connecting the rim of the tyre & axle. Then it is transferred to the road. But in the case of car, disc is in between the rim & axle. The load carried by the 2 wheeler is limited when compared to car. So car need more load transfer area than that of bike. So we have spoke in the case of bike.
Point2:
The increase in the load transfer area( disc/spoke), increase the rotating inertia. Further, it will block the cross winds blowing perpendicular to the rider. This makes difficult for the 2 wheeler rider to control the vehicle. But in the car, there are 4 wheel which will nullify the effect of cross wind.

Vehicles used to have spoke wheels. I once had an Austin Healey with spoke wheels. Even fairly big and heavy motorcycles have spoke wheels today.
I suspect that the answer is cost. I would guess that it cost more to manufacture a spoke wheel compared to a standard wheel. Spokes have to be adjusted to make sure the rim is straight and true and round.

Of course spokes have been used for automobile wheels and were considered stylish. The spokes used for bicycle wheels helps cut down on mass which avoids a strong gyroscopic effect that would interfere with steering. Also spokes let the wind through avoiding steering and balancing problems with every strong gust of wind.

Due to the lightness of the vehicles, spoke keep the wheels in "true" and obviously you wouldn't want solid wheels on a light vehicle as it would reduce speed with the weight.
The weight of car would crush spoked wheels and it would be impossible to keep them in true in they could.
