he is 12 and stands 5'10 " 135 lbs. He already is lesst than a inch shorter than me, how damn tall is this kid gowing to be ?

Up date : The docs say he has the highest testerione blood lvls the have every seen in a non steriod athelete ( he plays baseball) and giants run in both sides of the family.

How tall is the family?
Poor baby must have horrible growing pains!
It's probably just an early growth spurt but what does the doc say? There are some growth disorders that can cause giantisicism, but obviously that can't be determined off a website. Have him checked out and if in doubt, see an endocrinologist to be sure.
Odds are he's just hit his growth spurt early. I've seen other kids do this. Yeah, he's probably going to be tall and I definitely don't envy your sneaker bill.
I suspect it will feel pretty cool to look up and say "this is my son!"
(I'm still waiting for my 11 yr old to grow)

It sounds like he just had his growth spurt but boys don't stop growing until they are 18 but even then they might get another inch by age 25.. i would say he will probably be 6 feet.

Time will tell. If he's only 12, he's got a ways to go. I think if he grew this much early in puberty, he'll stop growing so much in the later years of puberty. Think about your puberty. He's your son, if he's yours, you can gauge his progress during puberty to yours.
