I used to have the problem I went and bought my self and extension with my hair color and I went to beauty salon and asked her to teach me how to put it in my hair without showing. Now every time any one asks me what I did to my hair I just say I am using a different shampoo.
The extension can be brushed and it doesn't have to be natural hair and it will last a life time

When you go to get your hair cut have your Stylist texturize. Or try a razor cut. Using a shampoo for volume such as Amp products by matrix are wonderful as well. Use a mousse before blow drying and try to use a large round brush appropriate to the length of your hair. Or blow dry upside down. Using a humidity resistant hairspray helps as well. Such as Sebastian Shaper Plus.

Try hot curlers just by the root. Spray with hair spray and let cool. Then remove curlers. Brush upside down then style as usual. Make sure you use a shampoo and conditioner for body or fuller hair.

aquage finishing spray is great, and u can brush through it easily. don't use shampoo and cond from the drug stores they contain waxes and or plastics which weigh the hair down even more. you should get a clarifing treatment [redken preart is wonderful] at a salon to remove build up of hard water and product residue from the hair. your hair will feel much better too. redkens cat reconstructor treatment, a protein treatment [ is available for home use to save $$], will add life back to the hair, do this after the clarifying tmnt. this service shouldnt cost too much$$$.

Blow dry your hair and then end the frizz and stye it with Anna Sui hair gel. It comes in some sweet glitter colors and styles better than anything I've found!

You can buy shampoo that pumps up the volume in your hair. Then after your hair drys and you want to style it spray hairspray on it and comb your hair starting from the bottom and going to the roots. Then you can fix any imperfections and there you go.

I use velcro curlers....the volume is great!!! I roll it in small sections, then spray it. I use the blow dryer for a while, let the hair cool, about 10 minutes. Then I spray with hair spray , use my hands to style it...

Blowing it drying your hair while bending over at the waist so your head is upside down when you are doing it is a good trick; either use product on it before you blowdry or spray it with hairspray or sprayable gel as you go.
