I'm surprised so many people say no when the obvious answer is YES. Suicide - how can you fall in love when your dead? (Not that I recommend suicide, you're better off falling in love and getting it over with)

Yes, I believe that you can. Sometimes it is not appropriate to let those kind of romantic love feelings grow. Like if you are married and you meet someone that inspires romantic love in you. You need to address it within yourself and then let it go. There are times when loving someone just isn't for the highest good of all. I love every one equally but if I begin to feel something more for someone I will walk away until I can put those feelings in the right place.

No, I don't think so. But sometimes falling in love is not good. I mean women fall in love with abusive men all the time. And look where it gets them.

but yes, you can just receive and not react into it..
