ok, THE problem is over the period i have been tryin losin weight..side effect: yes, i got stretch marks!! thighs, triceps, breasts, lower ab...would tonnin up my body be a help? coz i need to reduce more weight. do i need aggressivve workouts?

You can lose the desired weight or even more.

Any way follow some tips to work for entire of your life.

Good luck.

Generally you gain weight because of fats deposits, just dissolve them. How?

People go for losing weight by pills or starving.

Pills do not act effectively and for longer durations. Pills have many side effects for your health.

Starving weakens you and your defense system is also weakened. This makes you less resistant against infections and other diseases.

The best way is to lose weight by change of diet and your physical activities.

1. Reduce or stop to take oils and fats.
2. Stop taking sugar and glucose. (Mainly tea, coffee & cold drinks.
3. Stop taking potato, rice.
4. Reduce wheat and corn as much as possible.
5. Take food twice a day. (Thrice will also be acceptable).
6. Do not take any solid or liquid diet during intervals of your food times.

Take vegetables, boiled meat, fruits (even sweet).

And at the top of all:

Play physical games or walk, as per requirement of your age at least 40 to 60 minutes twice a day.
Do not take any thing during game or walk.

You will start losing weight to the extent of daily difference.

Unfortunately, the more weight you lose, the more trouble you're going to have with "leftover" skin. Toning up will help to some extent, but the only way to get rid of large amounts of skin and stretch-mark affected tissue is by surgery.

Instead of more aggressive workouts, try something like Pilates which focusses on lengthening and toning up your smaller muscles. It's really quite good.

yea get in the gym and lift hard u may want to hire a personal trainer for a short period of time so u can just learn a good routine or research alot on the internet a good site to visit is bodybuilding.com they offer a large variety of exercies and supplements exercsing with weight will suck ur fat in and wil tone u up also u may build some muscle but the chances of u getting rippes is very slim due to the fact u dpnt have test. goood job with the weight loss and keep it up

will all you have to do is doing exercises every day and your stretch mark will go slowly
