Well it all depends.. .. ..Some would say yes and some would say no.. .. .. I say yes... cos maturity is not the number of years you have lived on earth but rather a persons ability to respond to situations correctly.. .. .. although the girl might not have experience in relationships but she has parents, she has access to information and mostly she has her head.. .. ..
so i believe that a girl that is 12 can know about love.. .. ..

you dont have to be mature to know abut love. a one year old knows much about love too.
of course you can know about lvoe at age 12
now there aremany types of "love" , for the word love is very large to encompass in one sitting ehre online.
