Some athletes choose to do this for other reasons. Body hair slows them down when running, biking, bodybuilding, or swimming, etc. Also, many male models choose to shave themselves, as well. Some other men not in their professions also do it as another means of comfort, just as some women do. Many are more inclined to do it in the summer warm weather months.
It may just be a personal grooming choice. It's like some women who just shave the lower part of their legs. Some shave their entire leg, and others don't shave at all. Also, maybe his girl prefers him smoothe.
Either look at the preponderance of other traits (more than just the shaving), or ask the guy.

NO. Being gay is something much more complex than just shaving off some silly hair. There are many other logical reasons for a guy shaving off all his body hair, and it is their business and reasoning for doing so and no one else's.

you have metrosexuals out there. so, it's a no if a guy is gay for shaving off his body hair. i see gay guys right today who still have that body hair. how else is a guy going to look appealing if he don't have his body hair shaved? i think body hair is gross anyway.

actually i dont think that all gay guys shave their body hair but idk. I think that a hairy gorilla man is sometimes gross. Just because a guy takes time in the bathroom to get ready doesnt mean hes gay either so maybe if he shaves all his hair that just means hes metrosexual or whatever :)

Bodybuilders shave the hair off to show off the definition of their muscles. I guess some men like to dream..:)

It relies upon on how positive u are about your self. corresponding to it takes a real guy to placed on red, it takes good men who do not care about what human beings imagine to shave body hair. yet, a lot of human beings would change into conscious of it as gay so if u do u would favor to keep it on the dL

O Paleeze. You are kidding - right? Swimmers, football players, many athelets in general... do this simply to increase speed, or to keep it from being ripped out by tape... Others may just have a phobia &/or fetish... this does not make them gay.

theres 2 things you can look at, one you could be gay, or the other is that body builders shace there body hair for preintation when they show off there musels, cause they put babyoil on there bodies, but if you dont body build and do it,then your gay, i dont mean you, but who ever your talking about
