you should be around 115, doctors suggest about 5% more to remain healthy (about 121) if you were to be 20-29% you are considered overweight (138148), when you reach 30% (149-or more) more than what is suggested you are considered obese.

i'm your correct(5'9 precisely) and weigh 148. I merely had somewhat one some months in the past yet did not benefit a lot. I do imagine the right helps someway! LOL. besides, I go away out being one hundred thirty. i am hoping to be so back. I truly have a narrow construct. i imagine a tones 137 will succeed, too. i don't like how my clothing extra healthful even as i'm any heavier than one hundred thirty 5 without being toned.

I don't think that you are fat, but I'm not sure. Ok, well, I am also 5'3", 19 yrs old, and I weigh 100. I checked my height and weight into a BMI calculator, and I am considered underweight. You might be just right.

You're not fat at all! You actually sound light! I'm 5'1, 13 and weigh 109 lbs and i look like a twig... it all depends on what you think of yourself! Plus muscle weighs more then fat! So you're probably mor muscle then anything.

sweetie, you a just fine, why in the world would you think your fat? i am 5 feet tall , my weight should be 110 to 120. to be 5'3 an just 114 is very skinny. good luck and GOD BLESS.

Actually, that is a bit undersized for your age and height. The average weight for a girl of your height and age is about 125. So to answer your question, no you are not fat.

but if u want to lose weight try dabur TRIPHALA tablets no kidding they really really work actually they r for detoxing the body n they r completely harmless they worked gr8 for me and i lost around 4 kgs now i m 45kg

Desirable weight depends on body build, but it does not sound to me as if you are over weight unless you have a very slender skeleton.
