Why Do So Many People Think They Know God?

Did you all speak directly to God ? NO !! Then how come you all think you know him.

I know God too, You know as well. Wanna know who he is. That's right it is me. Haha. From now on you should belive me, not Jesus.

what makes you think that God does not want to speak directly to you? It's called the small still voice. You ask sincerly shut your mouth clear your thoughts and listen for the reply. Notice I said sincerly. This is serious stuff not some circus act, God will not do this to prove something to you or any one else. Its up to you to develope enough faith to make this possible.

Ya I know, hard to believe. Thats what I thought 45 years age when my Grandfather told this to me. I thought the old boy had gone off the deep end too. I wasted a lot of time being a stupid sciptic too. Don't worry about it you have a new chance to get your head out of your sceptic a-- each day when you wake up.

Try it, if you can actually let go of the prove it to me idea and do it from a point of complete sincerity God would love to talk directly to you.

First of all God gave us a free will. So we can make our own choices as to have him in our lives or have the enemy control our lives. I've got an intimate relationship with the father, the creator. The Holy Spirit has rested upon me and I've given my life to God, he's in control I make my plans around his plans, which for me is going very well. I know he is because what have transpired is beyong what anyone else but a supreme being could have done. The enemy doesn't do great works, he does great works of deceit and my God is not a God of deceit but of purity, love, peace,....... I do not trod in path of the UNGODLY, or harken to the teachings n counselling of the perverted forces. I KNOW GOD N HE KNOWS ME. I'M HIS CHILD 4EVER!!!

Each person's relationship with God is deeply personal. One doesn't speak with God like you speak with a human being. It is a spiritual relationship. While we can verbally ask questions, make statements, or pray to God, God answers us in other ways. Only if we are open to this relationship are we able to know God.

Many people believe in god but do not know that force in the least. To 'know" god, one has to think like thee. Most are incapable of unconditional love and thought to reach that stage because they've been programmed with other BS about religions.

HA! This reminds me of how certain Christians I know went on a retreat, and they come back saying they've found god. AMAZING, where did you find him, under a rock? People who say that they have spoken to god are wrong, even if there is a god, there is a guy called metatron. We all know of a god, but no one can say they know him.
