a dog shouldnt even eat ice cream but if it does then yes it could.

Well; possibly. The people that answered "yes, because he has a brain" haven't thought the situation through. An ice cream headache (ICH) isn't caused by literally cooling your brain.
The cause is that the cold stimulates a nerve that runs along the roof of your mouth. This nerve causes dilation of blood vessels in the head. The resultant increase in cerebral blood flow (CBF) causes us to feel an ICH. For dogs to have ICH. They would have to have the same nerve along the roof of their mouth, and the save increase in CBF upon stimulation of the same. Sorry I'm just not up on my canine comparative anatomy to answer this one.

More than likely. I would be careful with ice cream and a dog. Don't give them to much ice cream and make sure it isn't chocolate. Dogs don't have a pancreas so they shouldn't be eating ice cream and they are allergic and can die from chocolate.

DO NOT FEED ICE CREAM TO YOUR DOG. They tend to be lactose intolerant. Good luck with the diarreha.

if your dog starts moaning then yes if not your dog is very strange.ps did your dog raid the kitchen and find the ice cream???

Yes and you should never givem too much at a time. It can hurt them because they don't feel it like we do.
