No, Satanists don't believe in god, heaven, or hell.
"There is no heaven of glory bright, and no hell where sinners roast. Here and now is our day of torment! Here and now is our day of joy! Here and now is our opportunity! Choose ye this day, this hour, for no redeemer liveth!"
- The Satanic Bible: The Book of Satan IV:2
Satanists don't believe in Satan either:
"Satan is not a real, living entity, conscious or a physical thing that can be interacted with. It is a symbol, something ethereal, something that basically doesn't exist except as an emotional attachment and personal dream. Just like Buddhists do not worship Buddha, Satanists hold up Satan as an ultimate principal rather than an object of literal worship. Satan inspires and provokes people, like all (honest) religions the ultimate point is self-help. God believers have a different opinion on what Satan is, but their opinion is a result of their religion. Satanism's Satan is much more eclectic and multicultural than to be defined by Christianity or Islam."
(I'm not a Satanist, I've just read about Satanism)

There are two main brands of satanism in modern times: One is a form of anarchism that tries to worship what is believed to be evil, and is often used by those with emotional issues about themselves or violent tendencies but is close to the media's idea of what satanism is.
The more orthodox or doctrined version of satanism belekives that the figure of lucifer granted freedom to mankind by acting as a catalyst for free will, as well as testing man and steering him towards making his own choices, they beleive a good act made by man free from pressure and with the allure of a easier less good act is better for it. They also beleive that lucifer as a figure has been mis-represented and persecuted by the church and is realyl an instrument of good. Although small this religious group is larger than the anarchistic viewpoint and are generally peaceful religious people.
I am not a satanist (I am an Atheist, though some christians i have met on here feel that either is the need for unsolicited emails preaching me to change my ways, I hope not get a repeat of this with this post) but I have done research on a number of religions and know that many things are often misrepresented.
