I have quite thick light brown hair and i have recently had it cut to shoulder length and i cannot find any hairstyles to suit so i just end up wearing it down all the time and its gettin boring :-0 HELP !!!

hey i can have a much proffesinal advice as i want becuae my auntie is director of hair at our local tec college and i hav layers in it and its not that thick anymore i just sometimes want to wear my hair up and never no wot 2 do wwith it

That's funny how guys like long hair......they have no Idea how much work is involved for women and young girls not to mention all the other things you girls have to go thru. Don't sacrifice your own wants for someone elses. Unless they(men) want to get up at 4:00 in the morning an fix it for you. Go to Professional Hairstylist who likes long hair( such as myself) but remember your hair is only going to look as good as the time you give to it. If it's thick have some of the bulk removed and try something smooth and stylish maybe a splash of color or a few foils have some fun with it talk to a Professional compare textures with different stylist or friends stylist and go with it. Maybe you should go back and have some layers cut in it. If your hair is thick, it would make it more manageable. Also, experiment with clips, headbands and styling to the side. Have you tried 1/2 up 1/2 down?
Or get a shorter cut.

Is it curly, wavy, or straight? If you haven't already, I'd get it layered... since you wear it down all the time, might as well look good doing it. Shoulder length isn't hard to find hairstyles for at all, I have shoulder length hair and I like to wear my hair differently everyday.You could put it up into a high pony, a messy bun, curl it, straighten it, add a puff, put it half up. Have fun!

get some cheap clips/bands from claires accessories.....
they have really cute ones and have wide variety
i recently bought some that are clipped together in a row which i clip mine back with, keeps it out of my face....
if your hair is thick (like mine) you may want to stay away from cute little clips as they can (and do in my case) get tangled up in the hair and not really be visable through the hair....
good luck! with this heat its best to try and put it up!

try to recut again keep the length but cut it around ur face in like v layered cut then try to put moose to make it curly
