Under weight is not as a big problem as over weight!!!!!!!!!
To heavy weight will not suit your height.
Any way follow sum tips.
1. Increase your liquid intake.
2. Eat foods made from Potato, cauliflower.
3. Eat more rice than wheat.
4. Eat mango and banana.
5. Take more oils and fats.
6. Eat four or five times a day.
7. Eat sweets and chocolates in between intervals of meal.
DO REMEMBER
Your diet program cannot work without better Metabolism and good Digestive System.
To improve metabolism and digestions:
I. Walk gently twice or thrice a day for 15 to 20 minutes.
II. Take sugar mixed juices or liquids in sufficient quantity about 10 minutes before walk.
III. You can also take juices or light sweet foods during the walk.

Increase you calorie intake by 2000 calories. But do not just eat junk food to increase this eat foods that are heathly but high in calories. Peanut butter is high in calories but very good for you. Lift weights also. This will increase your muscle mass and you will gain weight. A healthy weight gains is no more than 2 lbs per week. Any more than that is not heathly.

eat ur breakfast as u eat always but add lots of Fruits and on lunch u have to eat lots of rice and vegetables and as much as u can sweets with ur meal and in the middle of day also sweets and juices and if u can small meal( whatever u like) and at night (better to eat at 7) meats or fried chicken with break and salad and around 9 or 10 againsame thing, in two weeks u will gain weight, dont worry

Try to eat smaller but more frequent meals a day (stll keep nutrition and health in mind, though; if you don't, you could end up with serious health issues) that are more focused on carbs and such. Also, you should keep exercising, just so what you gain is muscle and not fat (unless....)

eat dairy products and work out. if you work out it builds muscle and it will make it easier for u to gain weight. you should try taking in more calories. another thing is if you take in alot of small meals it will be better than bigger meals. eat snacks like chips and cereal. one of the best things is milkshakes and milk!!<---- these 2 things are the key 2 gaining weight. if u need nemore info write me bac, i hav alot of information 2 tell u!!!!!!!
