All that I know about the subject could be put on the pointed end of the smallest needle, but I question why "anyone" is trying to make the "biggest" micro-chip. What would it be called if it is no longer "micro".

Biggest Micro-chip.A contradiction in terms.I believe what you mean is the most powerful and that is currently the cell technology used in the upcoming PS3.It will replace all computer chips on the market and was developed by IBM.
