I have always read hotel and restaurant reviews and find that they all have good and bad reports...because every hotel has a complainer. Some people complain no matter what. I wouldn't worry if the hotel has more good comments than bad. I would also tailor the hotel accomodation to my personal expectations. Some people expect the Ritz every where they go and some people think the Holiday Inn is the Ritz. What do you expect and does this hotel deliver...and meet your needs and expectations.

It's midtown and if the hotel wasn't topshelf it would be out of business in no time.
