I'm not talking about not being interested in IT being bad for her, but her liking flirting

she might be a virgin and saving herself for a special person but the flirting may just be for fun as us girls love the attention.

There is nothing wrong with being young and doing a little innocent flirting, however, if the people that she is flirting with don't have the same interests as her [meaning they ARE interested in sex and think that she is too] she could get herself into some trouble.
I'd say that she should try to keep the flirting to a minimal level and only flirt with people she can trust that are around her own age [considering the older the guys that she flirts with are...the bigger the chance that they'll be interested in her sexually].
Maybe you should casually talk to her about it a little or suggest some other things that you two could do together to leave her less time for flirting. There are so many other fun things to do at eleven years old...and SO much time later for flirting! Why waste the good times? =p

11 is not the right age for having sex. that's why she shows no interest in it.Maybe she will be interested later on. Flirting is not that bad, it's just a basic instinct when u like sb else the opposite sex.

sit her down and explain the birds and bees if she dont already know them. if she doe's or don't show her some of these real life examples such as a person 12 to17 yrs old with a child and homeless or even worse with a wife better and no way out situation. show her its a no win situation for her maybe, but show her the extrem worst situations for the problem and it might help. hopefully it will. always show them the worst thing that could happen including death.
realize that sometimes death is not the worst that could happen, living hell is.

She's 11, she should not have interest in sex until she's older. So no, it's not bad for her

depends how far the flirting goes, at that age flirting is normal, but if it gets too involved (ie, anything past normal kissing- not snogging!) it can become very dangerous, and she/he could end up at best with a lot of name calling, at worst.... I really wouldn't want to say!
