No, the only sin that my god recognises is ignorance. Since you learn new things on the computer (unlike going church), not being on your computer and learning is a great sin indeed. So the shoe is on the other foot.

First we are all sinners even if we go to church. Second yes to a Catholic missing Mass is a sin. Third Mass isn't starting for another 1 and a half hours.
Pax,
Debra
Wrong the First Commandment of the Catholic Church as any first grader taught their Catechism knows is "To assist at Mass on all Sundays and Holy Days of Obligation." What faith are you?

I am a sinner. Everybody commits a sin! Even priests do because we are humans. That's why we have to ask God for the forgiveness of our sins and not to repeat it again.
Yes, it is a sin to regret God during His day. God is asking us only a day for us to worship and visit Him at church out of the seven days in a week. Try to allocate time for Him. Ask for forgiveness that you wasn't able to go to church the last time, and be sure to visit Him next time.

I'm not staying home on the computer. I'm waiting for my ride to come - I'm going to church.
However, to answer your question:
It also says in the Bible,
"Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching." Hebrews 10:25 (NIV)
so yeah, we should go to church.
Meanwhile, I'll be praying for you.

So all of those catholics in 3rd world countries who can't get to church are sinning? LOL
Do some research, toots, mandating Sunday mass attendance was begun politically to end the seven day work week in America.

If you call it a sin, then to you it's a sin, kiddo. Make up your own mind. If you don't go to church then god will come out of the monitor and boot you to church. If he doesn't stay right there.

Addendum to Bible;
Thou shalt not stay home and play on the computer all day instead of going to church.

no its not a sin. you wont go to hell if you don't go to church. the only thing that sends a person to hell is not accepting Christ in your life. going to church has nothing to do with it.
and yes I'm a sinner, we all are. if anyone says their not then their lying.

relax. God doesn't hate us, i'm pretty sure. it's probably better to go to church. I stay home so i don't dilute the ratio by adding another f-ing hypocrite to the congregation.
Yes, i'm a sinner.
