fine a good shampoo and condition for oily hair, and then you may have to 1 or 2 times a day depending on how oily your hair is, but you don't want to over do it because you don't want to break your hair off by washing the oils away too much in your hair, you need some conditioning to your hair, it also helps not to use products in your hair that makes your hair more oily or creates more oil in your hair.

First, you should not wash it everyday because that will make it more oily (3-4 days). Wash it with a special shampoo for oily hair. You can also try to rinse it with vinegar, and then with lots of water (for not to smell like vinegar). Good luck ;)

do NOT wash your hair everyday! my sister had the same problem. we researched it and what you have to do is not wash your hair for AT LEAST 4days! i know its gross but it works, after that wash your hair every OTHER day with a suitable shampoo (for oily hair) and never condition roots, just the ends. it worked for my sister. if this doesnt work, your oil glands are going crazy and you will need prescription meds to control it.

Citrus essence might be good, try various "Anti-grease" shampooes until you find one you're comfortable with, and stay away from any containing Panthenol, it will make your hair grease even more.
