Control yourself! Self awareness, you can't force your body to do something it denies. So either become very hyper, or keep your mind preoccupied, or either have a nice hot shower, sometimes keeps ya awake if your in the face of falling asleep

actually, if you were to eat say friuit once an hour, or something with a high level of natural sugar like say an apple, it would probably do the trick.
And make sure you get up and move around at least once an hour to get your body in gear.
Tea also has caffeine in it, so if you drink tea, that might help.
EDIT: and even though some people above mentioned Red Bull I don't reccomend it. It's easy to drink to many of those, and they can be really hard on your body, you'll have a huge crash at the end of the day and it won't be pretty.
If you're going to drink red bull don't drink anymore then 3 in one day and don't drink them all at the same time.

As long as you are moving you will not fall asleep.I once went 52 hrs without any sleep and no caffine.I just kept walking.Lots of vitamins is another idea you could try.Vitamin C and b-12 are both good for energy.

Drink plenty of soda. If you dislike caffeine itself, drink plenty of water. You'll have to do to the bathroom regularly and that will (hopefully) keep you awake. Also, get up and walk around regularly to wake yourself up.

Walking a bit helps. Try eating something like cake or doughnut and down it with a juice of your choice.

There are several alternatives to coffee if you need caffeine but do not like the taste of coffee. Tea, many sodas, energy drinks...etc.
