according to me ,klose is going to be the top scorer of world cup 2006.He plays good football ,he is a good forward who saved Germany from the clutches of defeat .if he had not scored that equaliser ,then there would be no penalty shootout as by the time Germany would have lost.

looking at the current leading goal scorers in the World Cup, it appears that Miroslav Klose of GERMANY curently with 5 goals will be the top scorer. Thierry Henry is followed closely behind with 3 goals along with Hernan Crespo, Fernando Torres, David Villa, Ronaldo, Maximiliano Rodriguez & Lukas Podolski. If Thierry Henry is on his best, he could be the main contender along with Klose as both teams will play two more matches.

I think Miroslav Klose will be top scorer....he's had another good World Cup. Now that England are out, I hope either France or Germany win the tournament.....

Miroslav Klose. He's so good at sneeking around the penalty area and getting on the end of crosses, good passes, set pieces etc. As he showed in the last World Cup, he's also pretty handy in the air.

Klose! Easily.
Even though I am English I am pleasently surprised with the way Germany are playing football at the moment.
They have a great mixture of youth and experiance.
5 of their players are still eligable to play under21 football
This provides for enthusiastic performances every game and they are led by inspirational captain Michael Ballack from midfield.
