I know that this can present multiple problems. Having to save an extra seat at the restaurant, movie theater, even the library. I'll bet you even chew doublemint gum. I hope you are at least sybil to the other personalities. Make the best of your situation, assign tasks to the other personas, then at least at the end of the day, your work will be done. Don't get all broken up about it, at least you always have company. You could even act out little schiz and play all the parts. Gotta split now....

You should contact mental health proffessionals in your state, or country, or whatever. Many times people with your problems can find free help. This help will include medications and therapy. The therapy is mostly talking about things answering questions and taking fun tests. You will have to stop drinking alcohol and using street drugs for these things to help you. Get a phone book and look in the government section and just call numbers here and there and ask people if you cant find what you need right away. Someone will be able to direct you in the right direction.

I think you have a dual on your hands. You sound like you have been living a Jekyll and Hyde lifestyle. With such a dichotomy you must seek out your options. Have you looked at alternative medications? I hear there is an abundance of natural medications to help with your problems. One such is Panax Ginseng, it is both a complimentary and alternative medicine. (it's subtle, but you should pick up on it)
