Of course child...men have emotions too! They love their sports a lot, that's why they get emotional...but men cry because they're angry and disappointed, not necessarily because it hurts them that their team lost...and remember some men put up bets as well, so if you put a lot of money on a bet and your favourite team makes you lose a lot of money...wouldn't you want to cry?!

Sure. Probably in the same fashion that I have seen grown women actually cry and get depressed when they break a finger nail. Being an adult has nothing to do with your emotions. If you are traumatized by an event, you may well cry and become depressed.

Well depends on whether or not you are talking about REAL football or soccer. if you are talking about real football in America, then yeah, if my team loses a tough, important game i have cried before. If it's just a regular season game or whatever, then no i won't cry, but the playoffs are a different story. if you are talking about soccer, i could care less.

I would say yes. They looked pretty depressed in England when they lost. Now they have to wait another 4 long years.

Its taken seriously. its not just a game, we spend most of our time talking about it, reading about it. we love our teams and their players. all season is built usually built to one climatic ending around April/May time - including the cup finals. Thats nearly whole years worth of hopes washed away sometimes in just one game. That hurts.
