I am an alternative medicinal therapist and an ex nurse. This is because you have an hormonal imbalance. There are a few things you can take.Evening primrose capsules, or a combination pill,
Evening Primrose for bad cases take:3,000-4,000mg daily for 3 months, then reduce to 2,000-3,000 for 2 months and finally,as low a dose as you will discover, will keep you symptom free. This is usually 1,500 -2,000 mg daily during the pre menstrual phase.
If you have trouble sleeping take valerian capsules, this will calm you down.
The formula for PMS is as follows.
Evening primrose oil caps(dosage as above)+Vitimin B6+Agnus Castus capsules. You get all of these from your health store. OK.

Birth control pills can sometimes help. Althrough it might take a couple of tries to get the right type that fits.

Antidepressants and mood stabalizers don't work on an as needed, once a month sort of thing. And if you are only having PMS a few days a month and feel ok the rest of the month they can have negative side affects including weight gain.

I got rid of my PMS by following Hulda R Clarck.
She wrote a book "The Cure of all Diseases".
All you need to do is 3 weeks of herbs and create the electrical device, she included plans for it in the book.
Also you need to seriously clean up your eating habits and learn how to eat healthy.
Find your own specific food balance.
Here's 2 sites teaching about healthy food.

Try eating the rainbow everyday we need more colorful foods.

I take vitamin B complex and evening primrose oil. They work well but take a couple of months to get into your system but well worth it. Best of luck.
