there are lot of ways to lose fat....u can take up some active hobby during weekends like shuttle etc...u can change a little bit of ur lifestyle like taking the stairs instead of the lift or getting down just before onestop and walking to ur home etc...u can reduce the oil content in ur foods or u can take up yoga and do it...do u have the habit of munching when u are working then dont do it from now on...there are many exersices for the legs like situps etc...tat u can do...most of all lead a active life and watch what u eat...hope i have helped

Well you can exercise and do some lower body strength training i.e. squats and lunges. Unfortunately, you can not pick where your body losses weight but by focusing on an area at least you can firm up that area.
